Everyone was professional informative my worries were soon gone cannot fault them in anything would certainly tell friends etc what a great experience I had even with my worries about what was going to happen

Great practice excellent staff made me welcome and at ease very polite and helpful and friendly the cataract surgery was amazing and the aftercare was so easily explained

I received a warm welcome from reception, nurses and surgeon. I was taken great care of at all stages.Everyone was reassuring .The procedure was painless.Everything was explained to me very clearly . I can recommend SpaMedica

Would like to highlight the amazing service and care I received from all the staff from start to finish for a cataract procedure. The level of care was exemplary,the staff are ever so friendly. Clear with instructions,especially with limited hearing and progressed age. Thankyou once again for everything

Have had both cataracts removed here after being referred by my optician. I received excellent treatment and care from the moment I went through the doors of the clinic until I was discharged. I can't thank everyone enough for the care and kindness that I received. Excellent service. It's wonderful to be able to see clearly again. No more words except " What a wonderful team".

Spa media did my right eye and when they finished I was gobsmacked my vision was brilliant it was like having a new eye not seen this good for the last 40 yrs so Thank you spa medica can't wait to get the other one done once again Thank you spa medica

Just had both my cataracts removed at SpaMedica Coventry & I can honestly say the experience was faultless. All the staff, from cleaners to surgeons, are so friendly & professional. The rooms are spotless & there is generally a very relaxed atmosphere which puts you at ease. No hesitation at all in recommending the service & treatment here.

First Cataract removed 12th April. Second removed today, 23rd May. SpaMedica, Coventry is a smart facility that provides compassionate, efficient and professional care. Staff were excellent. A great process with well directed discharge care. Thank-you.

Very helpful and efficient staff with great communication skill. A very warm welcome with coffee and biscuits The Nursing staff were very gentle, warm and helpful and put you at ease during surgery. The Surgeon was very reassuring and efficient and the procedure was carried out with minimum discomfort and quite quickly. The aftercare was explained in quite detail. The Discharge was only carried out after the Nursing staff were satisfied that you had recovered fully and were mobile and steady on your feet and after confirmation and arrival of your transport home.
