Just had my second cataract operation, from start to finish I could not fault the care that was given by all the staff. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the building. I was kept informed at each stage of the procedure. Would recommend this clinic to anyone requiring this operation.

I had a surgical cataract experience where the staff in all areas were efficient and professional from being greeted by a pleasant doorman through to the end.

The staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was explained to me and I was not rushed . The staff put me at my ease and answered any question I had.

All members of staff from Reception to Medical were outstanding Going out of their way to make me feel welcome from my first visit to the completion of my Cataract surgery. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica to anyone

The whole experience was superb, from the greeting on the door by the porter, and friendly staff who explained everything very well . The operation is very quick and painless. Have had both eyes done now and waiting time is also very quick.

The service I received from both reception and medical staff was excellent. The facility was very clean and welcoming. My procedure was explained to me in detain and my post op care was excellent. I was shown every consideration during my visit. I would strongly recommend Spa medica to any of my family and friends that required a similar procedure.

I had my first cataract op on 20th April and the 2nd operation on 6th June 2023. On both occasions I have nothing but praise for the entire team and facility. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease, with clear instructions as soon as I entered the door. Reception and the nurses are all friendly and the surgeons were both great. So good to have been able to have this done with no waiting list. No problems at all just the benefit of far better eyesight. Thank you. Well done to all the team.

My experience at SpaMedica Coventry was seamless throughout. I was made very welcome and at no point did I become anxious about my cataract surgery. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful and ensured that I understood every aspect of my impending surgery and the aftercare required once the procedure had taken place. I thoroughly recommend SpaMedica to anyone requiring eye surgery.
