Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. It was a great surgeon did a wonderful job. Thank you.The place was extremely clean but a little bit chilly so wrap up warm. Can’t wait to go back and have the other one done.

I had my first cataract operation here on Friday 16th August 2024 and I cannot praise the staff enough. The hospital was so clean and all the staff were professional and friendly and put me at ease from start to finish

Everyone was helpful and kind. Explained everything well and excellent service. The car park was nice. Looked after well and had tea. The surgeon was helpful and skilled.

Every step of the procedure was explained to me in great detail and the staff were very understanding. The procedure itself went very smoothly and although I had been dreading it I felt no pain at all . I have followed the instructions and advice in the explicit information for the first 2 weeks and have had no nasty side effects.

From the initial referral from my optician, to the assessment appointment, through to the surgery, Spa Medica’s service was excellent. Most impressive was the courtesy of all the Staff and their care in which they took to explain clearly what was to happen at every stage. Thanks to each & every one of you.

From the beginning my experience with this practice was first class, from the person that greeted me, the support staff and surgeons, to the administrators etc. I was made to feel very comfortable in what could be for some a worrying experience. Great team, thanks.

Just had cataract surgery and all I can say is the whole experience from start to finish was first class every member of staff and the consultant that did my procedure were kind, caring and explained everything that was happening throughout. SpaMedica was spotlessly clean and everyone was so efficient I can’t thank you enough for making my experience so good.

I was referred by my optometrist to SpaMedia for cataract surgery and had the procedure 2 weeks later, very efficient service with friendly and supportive staff. I was referred back for my second eye 6 weeks later and again this was done within 2 weeks. The difference it has made to my quality of life is amazing.
