Very good experience, appointment on time and surgery went well. All of the staff were very helpful and even offered several drinks. Premises were easy to find and severed by a good bus service.

SpaMedica carried out cataract surgery to both my eyes. Everywhere was very clean and all the staff were polite and helpful. The surgical teams are brilliant and their competence has made a big difference to my eyesight. I am very happy that I went there and grateful to my optician to recommending them to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Finding SpaMedica and car parking facilities was good. I was there about 3 hours from start to finish each time I went for surgery and there was always someone to offer you a welcome refreshment before you left

I attended for my assessment three weeks ago and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff. I was given a date for my cataract operation two weeks following the assessment. However on the date allocated, my operation was postponed due to a query regarding my medical well being. Since then I was offered a further date and the operation was successfully carried out. I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated on all occasions and I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this Practice to anyone requiring eye surgery.

I recently went to SpaMedica Coventry for cataract removal and was very impressed with the whole experience from the assessment to the actual surgery. Members of staff were all very professional, friendly and reassuring throughout the whole process which helped me as I felt quite anxious about the operation. Would recommend this clinic without any hesitation.

From start to finish I was made to feel at ease, everything was explained clearly, all staff were very friendly and professional and the operations were a great success and I can now see better than I have done in many many years. So Thankyou very much to you all my life is so much better now.

Excellent service, all the staff were very friendly, from the moment I walked in to reception everyone was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was my second visit to the clinic as I already had my right eye done, six weeks before. On that occasion I was extremely nervous as I didn't know what to expect, but everyone was so supportive and understanding, even the surgeon, so when I went for the second eye I was much more relaxed and at ease. I was also amazed at the cleanliness of the whole clinic, so thankyou to everyone at Spamedica for looking after me. I would have no hesitation to recommend Spamedica to everyone.
