Welcoming staff, well run and efficient organisation with obviously good qualified nurses and surgeons. The premises inside were clean and comfortable when you had to wait. Hot drinks offered on arrival and at any other waiting period. Waiting time for my appointments was minimal for both eyes and subsequent laser surgery on one eye.

exceptional service from walking into pre operation appointment and greated by the security guard( even bought him a pork pie after my operation) , reception girls very friendly and knowledgeable, nurses ,doctors, surgical staff went beyond their duties to make one feel welcome especially those suffering from anxiety, stress etc. The surgical staff and my surgeon totally outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for my experience and my new eyesight. 10/10

Having had my first cataract operation in September 2023 which was entirely successful, I was not at all anxious about having my second operation. I visited my optician and he confirmed that the initial operation was a first-class job and he then arranged for me to have my second operation. I attended the Coventry Clinic on the 7 November and underwent the operation on that day. I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration and the operation went well. Having followed the after care instructions I eventually re-visited my optician who again confirmed that a first-class job had been undertaken. Despite still needing reading glasses, my sight is fantastic. I therefore send my sincere thanks to the team at Coventry and I will certainly have no hestitation in recommending them to anyone who requires cataract surgery.

Very efficient from the beginning phone call to Bolton upto my two visits for surgery. All staff were friendly helpful and very caring. They understood my nervous apprehension before both surgeries and did more than I expected to reassure and comfort me.

From the first step to the last treated with respect and care,Very efficient . Every appointment was made as soon as possible without any much waiting time. I started my first treatment in August and finished my second eye surgery in October. With Covid in the middle. I am extremely pleased with the result and the care given. I would recommend them to everyone.
