Four weeks from optician, assessment and operation. A great service and level of professionalism from all staff at this Colchester facility. Would recommend to all. Five star.

All the staff were fantastic from pre assessment to the operation. Explained everything to me It is a very clean clinic . The surgeon was absolutely amazing I was put at ease before and during the operation Will definitely recommend this clinic

Referred by my optician, I am so grateful for the wonderful work from SpaMedica. The staff at pre-assessment, also at both cataracts being done. The surgeon and nurses/theatre staff work hard and are extremely supportive in explaining what is happening. This will be life changing for me, thank you so much.

Was told I had to wait 11 months for a second eye surgery. I asked my optician if I could be referred to Spamedica at colchester. 3 days later got a phone call to visit hospital now a week later I will get my treatment. I am so pleased about this a lovely hospital with lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you. Spotless everywhere and would certainly recommend this hospital. I would give this hospital 5 stars.

Visited with my mum for her second eye, previously we visited another site for the first one. As a new hospital it felt disorganised and was not welcomed with a friendly smile from anyone all seemed distracted with each other stood waiting for at least 5 minutes before anyone noticed us. Once we was acknowledged told to sit down and wait no offer of a drink and sat listening to what they did at the weekend and who’s leaving. After the appointment we have decided to return to our original site where we had first eye done. Lovely hospital clean and tidy but staff that care would have been nice.
