From the first day i walked in into this clinic staff i’ve notice the friendliness of the staff and they are very welcoming. Hospital is very clean. Assisted me through and through and offered me a drink which you cannot find this in any other Service. The whole team are brilliant from the reception to the operating room. All i can say is i am very thankful and grateful for all your help to me. So thank you all and keep up the good work ypu are all amazingly doing your job well.

The whole experience was so good, helpful, polite, respectful, efficient, caring people from start to finish. I’m looking forward to coming back again for my other eye to be done.

I have has one cataract surgery and went recently for the check up. All the staff were efficient, pleasant etc except the optometrist who didn't make eye contact with me, looked at the computer screen when I was asking questions which were important to me. Everything else was excellent.

The hospital, staff and facilities were excellent. Made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as I arrived. All procedures explained to me in depth. The surgeon in particular was excellent. Long wait in pre theatre and for some reason patients were not seen in turn relative to being booked in. I am sure there was a reason for this. The optometrist spoke very softly and when looking at the computer screen found difficult to hear. When I mentioned this the optometrist ensured this was rectified. Really hoping my second eye will be operated on at Spamedica Colchester

Had both cataracts done in last 4 months , staff very efficient and friendly , I was very nervous but they put me at ease and honestly can not praise the staff enough . The process from start to finish was a very smooth process and I would highly recommend the practice .

From the first time i have had to visit this medical practice. From the time you enter the reception the staff make you feel very welcome. After the assessment i only had to wait 5 days to have my procedure which was amazing. Everything was explained during the procedure.

The surgeon, a charming man, and his team, were comforting. Smiling faces at reception welcomed too. The driver was considerate but could not get tea as the machine was not working. Next time I'll take a flask. I came away a happy bunny unlike my friend with botched surgery at another hospital losing sight. Thank you to all at Colchester.

The whole process, from arrival in the designated car park, through the necessary administration procedures and the surgery itself, was conducted methodically and skillfully. As the patient I understood what was happening at all stages.
