From the first day i walked in into this clinic staff i’ve notice the friendliness of the staff and they are very welcoming. Hospital is very clean. Assisted me through and through and offered me a drink which you cannot find this in any other Service. The whole team are brilliant from the reception to the operating room. All i can say is i am very thankful and grateful for all your help to me. So thank you all and keep up the good work ypu are all amazingly doing your job well.

From the first time i have had to visit this medical practice. From the time you enter the reception the staff make you feel very welcome. After the assessment i only had to wait 5 days to have my procedure which was amazing. Everything was explained during the procedure.

it was a pleasure to be walking in the clinic. it was clean n airy. the staff werevery pleasant and welcoming.every step of the procedure was explained clearly. The actual surgery was performed by a very pleasant surgeon who make me feel at ease and the procedure took a short time i have had both eyes operated on by the same surgeon and will not hesitate to recommrnd him and the clinic to anyone

I was referred to spamedica for cataract surgery. The experience was beyond my expectations. I was offered post op assessment quickly followed by surgery within 2 weeks. The staff were very professional and caring and explained every step clearly. I would highly recommend spamedica based on my experience

Had my cataract done today at Spa Medica in Colchester.Had my first one done at the Chelmsford branch three years ago .I can’t praise highly enough of the treatment I received in both clinics . All staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure you felt safe and relaxed prior to and after your procedure . The doctor who performed the op talked to me the whole time,explaining what he was doing and why ,I couldn’t fault my visit on any level .

I've had both cataracts done here since July yesterday being my second op. Whilst waiting I was asked if I would like a drink and biscuits . After the op the computer system was down but I received a call today to confirm my post op appt. All staff are very helpful.

I had a fantastic experience. I cannot praise everyone enough. They were all so kind, friendly, helpful and informative. I felt as if I mattered to them, as nothing seemed too much trouble, any worries I had soon disappeared and I felt safe and reassured. When my surgeon was explaining to me what he was about to do and asking if I was ok, I told him I was fine and was about to have a little snooze. Thank you all so much for looking after me so very well, I am eternally grateful, it was a pleasure to meet you all. I don't think my sight has ever been this good. I'm over the moon. xxx

Had cataract procedure Tuesday 27 aug. I was reassured throughout by very friendly and professional members of staff. Outcome was a complete success and I fully recommend SpaMedica. I look forward to having the other eye done in due time.
