Nothing but praise from plenty of Car Parking, to friendliness of all staff from Reception to the Surgeon putting you at your ease. Only two complaints, unnecessary music while waiting for the dilation, 5 people all elderly who agreed it needed to be turned or preferably off which we got a nurse to do. Mentioned this at reception and it appeared from their response I was not the only one to complain. On a lighter note can they issue something to get the arrow off your forehead pointing to which eye without taking the skin off.

Went for lens replacement and was treated very professionally, with kindness . Made to feel comfortable, at ease and surgeon approachable and obviously very skilled. Aftercare brilliant.

From when I walked in the staff were very friendly and helpful I was looked after every step of the way. The surgeon was very nice put you at ease. Tea and coffee when ever you wanted. I’ve had my both eyes done now and had the same treatment both times

I had lens replacement surgery on both eyes and in both cases the process was very quick and efficient and carried out to high standards by extremely experienced surgeons and other staff. I now have near-perfect eyesight after 55 years of wearing glasses. The Chester facility is modern, well-equipped and conveniently located.

Between July and October had both cataracts removed. Fantastic staff very professional made you feel at ease from start to finish nothing was to much trouble. A big thank you to them all.

From start to finish everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was treated as an individual, wait times both from referral to operation and whilst attending were excellent. I would highly recommend SpaMedica

Had both eyes done in Chester, not at same time,from being picked up to being dropped off everything was great. Lovely clean place, friendly caring staff, amazing results

A very welcome and friendly feeling here from all the staff. So efficiently organised and run. I was impressed as all the staff upon meeting you introduce themselves with their first name which immediately put me at ease. My congratulations to all the staff for making patients an individual rather than just a number A very successful operation run by competent people
