Brilliant staff all round and well taken care of from my first appointment to my surgery. I followed all the after care and could see very well after day 2, and my vision got better and better. I would highly recommend spa medica in Bromley and would be happy to go back if needed for my other eye . Thank you to all the staff your doing a great job

From the pre-op assessment through to the cataract removal procedure, I was treated with courtesy by efficient and friendly staff. Everything was explained thoroughly, I was provided with informative booklets and the service could not have been bettered. On the day of the operation, the staff made me feel at ease. The premises are spotless clean and all members of staff were professional in their approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica and will be returning for a second cataract removal. Thank you to the skilled Theatre team who looked after me on the day of my operation.

Quick response from Spa Medica after i was referred. Process for pre cataract operation and actual procedure all went smoothly. Easy to get through to make an appointment.

I recently attended SpaMedica for the second time for assessment. Yet again, fantastic staff and facilities. Everyone from the receptionist onwards was helpful and reassuring. The appointments are well managed with the minimum wait and I can only reiterate again how impressed I am with the whole practice. At this stage I am still unsure about having the surgery (not quite there yet) but was reassured that I could decide at any time with a simple phone call. If I decide to go ahead I would have absolutely no hesitation in going back as the staff are so lovely, friendly and above all reassuring and answer all your questions. It's a very professionally run clinic but with a very relaxed atmosphere. And a very special mention for the lady that I believe was the practice manager for offering to make a cup of tea for anyone who wanted one as well as chatting to us while we were waiting for our various procedures. Top class service with a smile!

This is a thoroughly organised practise although the surgeon rung in sick and u was left waiting but kept informed the surgery was very quickly proceeded

The date for my surgery was arranged for the day after my pre-op, which was brilliant that it was offered so quick. Again a friendly welcome at reception, with slightly longer waits before being called through. The pre-surgery staff were again polite. professional and thorough. The operating room was clean and modern, I was introduced to the surgeon (again) and all the staff that would be assisting, with everything being explained in simple terms. The surgery took about 10 minutes or so and although a little uncomfortable at times, was done with great care. Once finished and after a quick rest, it was off to the aftercare nurse, who explained the procedures for the eyedrops and what to do/not to do, back to reception and discharged, job done. The difference was instant, my vision is clearer, brighter, and is getting better by the day. If the op for my other eye goes as well as this it will make life so much better for me, hopefully no glasses for long distance, but we shall have to wait and see. Brilliant job - so far......

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Short waiting time to get treated. Outcome was more than I had hoped for. The staff were brilliant. Good location and free parking.

I am 84 and was apprehensive about the Procedure but the courteous welcome and efficient staff put me at ease in Reception. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. All explained after various thorough tests. I was booked in 2 weeks later. After 4 weeks I had a Follow Up appt. All was well and I was invited to book the next eye. I was amazed to find they could do it the next day. One day later I am fine and following instructions and go back in 4 weeks time. I cannot fault the Hospital staff and both Optometrists were First Class. Many Thanks Spa Medica Bromley.
