I was referred to the local SpaMedica centre in Bromley for removal of a cataract that was beginning to impair my vision. SpaMedica were clearly well versed in this area, carrying out the operation swiftly and efficiently, besides providing me with eye-drops to facilitate recovery. The result was an immediate and dramatic improvement in my sight through the relevant eye. Thank you, Spa Medica. I’ll be back (for the other eye!)

The Services that I received from SpaMedica were excellent. The surgeon and the team were great and always ensured that I was properly informed about the procedure. I would have no qualms to recommend them to friendly and friends.

The reception, both for assessment and procedure, was welcoming and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, my questions were answered and the whole experience went smoothly. Within three hours of arrival I was back in my own home. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica to others..in fact, I have already done so! Thank you to everyone.

Charming people, attentive, efficient and friendly greeting on arrival. Free hot drinks and biscuits. Comfortable seating areas and continuous assessments till the moment of examination or surgery.

Very pleasant experience. Dealt with kindly and friendly. Very efficient and although being very nervous l found the experience much easier to tolerate than expected

My cataract operation today and my pre operation experience has been very impressive. The overall care provided has been professional and insightful. l am pleased with the doctors, nurses and all the staff involved in my care. The hospital was extremely clean tidy and relaxing environment. Keep up the excellent service

The thoroughness of checking dentifying details several times gave me reasurance thst preoperative safety was being taken seriously. The whole place looked very clean to me; I had no concerns there. It had an air of efficiency once I had been called to be seen; the only downside really (and this is somewhat inevitable given that they perform one type of opthalmic procedure which is in very great demand for older people) is the time spent waiting to be called once I'd been booked in. This is merely an observation and certainly not a complaint. All in all it was a much less stressful experience than I thought it was going to be.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The professionalism, kindness, and expertise of the staff were outstanding. The surgeon explained the procedure clearly and was very reassuring, making me feel at ease throughout. The surgery itself was quick, painless, and, most importantly, successful. My vision of my left eye has significantly improved and I am grateful for the high-quality care I received.
