The staff were highly professional and vert helpful. The consultant ophthalmologist talked me through the procedure and put me at my ease. The procedure went very well and my post-operative assessment confirms the excellent results. The documentation provided and advice given by the staff was very helpful in dealing with the effects of the operation.

I had a cataract removed from my left eye. I was so pleased I didn't have to wait months if not years for it to be done. Very smooth system, from visit to optician to removal. Less than 4 weeks.

I was referred to Bromley SpaMedica by my GP for a pre-op consultation and then follow-up surgery. At every stage of my treatment I was really impressed with the professionalism, expertise and courtesy that I received. Each stage of the process was clearly explained and on the day I was in and out in under 3 hours. Post-surgery care was brilliant and the improvement in my vision is astounding - colours, focus, detail. I can actually see faces again that were just a blur to me before. The actual 'operation' itself lasted about 5 mins and was actually less stressful than a typical visit to the dentist. A big thank you to all the staff for making my experience and treatment a real pleasure. I can't wait to go back to have my other eye done!

My general experience was good and I would echo positive comments of previous reviews. Although, I was not keen on the somewhat unempathetic and machine like manner ,of the person taking eye measurements at 2nd phase of preassessment

As this was my first visit for cataract removal l was quite nervous as to what to expect as regards to the actual procedure. The assessment appointment really put me at ease. The nursing staff were very professional, as were the reception staff. As for the procedure itself, everything was explained fully beforehand and went without any problems. I would like to thank all the staff from the reception to the surgeon for the excellent service that I received. Many thanks indeed.

Although some problems arose because of outside temperature which necessitated a longer than expected wait. When finally seen and attended to staff and thoroughness were execptional.

This is my second cataract operation at Spa Medica Bromley and it could not have gone better. All members of staff are highly efficient and very helpful and polite. From the moment I arrived, the whole process went like clockwork. My heartfelt thanks to everyone.
