    I was seen at the appointed time and the whole process ran like clockwork. I was obviously apprehensive about the whole process but I was reassured by the friendliness and professionalism of all staff at the various stages.

    All staff were great and professional. Everything was very well organised and stress free. Very clean facility. Only downside no wifi and poor phone signal at the facility, but that aside, all good.

    I was referred here for cataracts but was not advised that I would have to travel to Southampton or Wokingham if I needed complex surgery which was indeed the case with me. The journey to Wokingham from Haywards Heath on a small minibus and back was dreadful, particularly after the surgery. However, the surgery itself felt smooth and efficient and I felt well looked after. Even so, I would think twice about being referred to SpaMedica again given the risk of having to travel. I also felt that the initial advice by the optometrist at the pre-assessment was ambiguous about the risk-benefit balance in proceeding with the surgery.

    The doctor was very good who did my cataracts operation without any pain or difficulty. Staff were so helpful, polite and very knowledgeable who you can rely on without any stress or worries.

    Unbelievably fast initial consultation after referral and appointment for treatment. All staff were kind, caring and professional. I was particularly impressed by the receptionist who went out of his way to make everyone feel at ease. The clinical staff were thorough and I felt I was getting the best treatment possible. I'm looking forward to getting the second eye done! My thanks to all involved at Sayers Common.

    I have had both my eyes treated @ SpaMedica for cataracts, excellent service on both occasions & no long waiting times on either visit. All staff & doctors very efficient & courteous, easy access to the site with parking in situ.

    Everyone was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to. Everything was explained clearly at the assessment and on the day of the op it all went really smoothly. Great rave music!

    Swift referral time for consultation once referral had been received by Spamedica. Careful consideration about the procedure and detailed information at the consultation stage by the ophthalmologist. The subsequent waiting time for the cataract operation was very quick. The support staff at the Brighton clinic were efficient, effective, helpful and caring.

    I found it all very well organised. Everyone was very helpful. Every proceedure was explained in detail which was very reassuring. Very friendly & relaxed atmosphere, & standard of hygiene excellent.

    The whole process from optician referral to 1st cataract op 2 weeks! Amazing service, everyone very friendly and thoroughly professional. Theatre time was fast and slick and the surgeon and his team made you feel very at ease. End result amazing, can't wait for 2nd eye to be done now!!
