From assessment right through to the cataract surgery the professionalism and the friendliness of all the staff involved was exemplary. Would not hesitate to recommend SpaMedica to anyone who needs to have this procedure in the future.

The staff were friendly and the process of checking every step of the way was impressive, as was the information given and the opportunity to ask questions. On my first visit, for assessment, I would have liked to be advised of a long waiting time when waiting for my operation, without my companion present so I could be prepared with reading matter. Also, the surgeon left so quickly I had no opportunity to offer my thanks.

I've had two cataract operations and in both cases I found the staff to be friendly, very well informed and helpful. The environment was spotless and well designed. The procedure was painless, very brief and with marvelous improvements to my vision. Waiting times for booking were minimal and the information provided (online, paper-based and verbal) was excellent. I cannot fault this organisation or its staff!

I was referred to this clinic by my optician for my cataracts removing. They did my right on the12th of October my left eye to be done later. I found everyone at the clinic friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. My operation went quickly and smoothly. I could not help but be impressed. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Lovely greeting on entering the building friendly Receptionist for Pre op Assessment was seen at appointed Appointment time by two ladies for eye tests and drops (could have been a bit friendlier) Nurse and Optician very Professional and friendly which I find helps when you're feeling anxious, appointment made for Surgery which was offered for the next day Excellent! Surgery today all smooth well looked after and well informed of the procedure and Post op details. Would highly recommend and have no concerns regarding my next appointment. Thankyou Very Much

Was scared at first but staff could not have been more friendly and reassuring. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Wonderful surgeon. Did not realise just how bad my eye sight was, I can now see beautiful colours and detail. Thank you every one.

Everyone was kind and friendly, yet professional. They made me feel, not just a number but a real person with anxieties. The only criticism I would say is that the dr explains ing the procedure in preop spoke so quickly I had to ask 2or3 times for it to be repeated. I appreciate that it must be repetitious for them, but it's the first time for the patient. If the second eye op goes as well as the first, I shall be "over the moon". Hope to see you all again soon. Regards to everyone.

From the curtesy shown from the driver of the people carrier to reception to first nurse to next nurse to getting into the theatre every person showed politeness, caring and helpful ness in whatever part of the process they were involved in. Fabulous!!.

Pre-op visit impersonal with long waits. My actual eye tests were carried out by 3 women who talked amongst themselves. The pre-op & operation transport was very good. My operation experience was very good. My request for extra medication had a speedy and efficient response. Pleased with result of op.
