From being picked up at home to returning home the support from the clinic was outstanding, from the surgeon to the pickup drivers and the full team where all brilliant and knew what was to happen to me thanks

After a few hiccups all went well . I found myself upset and the staff were fantastic, they took into a private room. Gave me a drink and a lovely member of staff sat and listened to all my woes till it was time to go to theatre. Thank you all for soaring time for me . Great staff

Made to feel welcome, professional staff and very thorough pre op, the surgeon spoke during the procedure and made sure I was ok wile he was fitting the lense, I’m blown away with the results of my eye sight and couldn’t be happier.

Despite getting off to a bad start - I got the date wrong - they made every effort to rectify my error. Everything went ahead as booked with great efficiency and kindness and I was back home within two hours. Thank you.

Great staff, but not a great experience. I needed to use their transport which led to me spending a 7 hour day for a 15 mins operation. Something to consider if you do not have someone to take you and pick you up

I visited this location for cataract removal and had fabulous care from start to finish. All members of the team were professional, efficient and friendly. I don’t think I could have had better treatment anywhere.

Excellent, professional, courteous staff throughout both my pre operation and eye surgery operation. Cannot praise the staff highly enough. In the circumstances, a very pleasant experience.

I had my left cataract surgery yesterday and everything was explained at every step. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and I had no problems understanding exactly what was happening. Despite arriving early for my appointment I was greeted with a smile and told it wasn't a problem. Your staff are well chosen and well trained and I almost can't wait to come back and have my right eye done! Your business model (thanks to whoever created it) is a shining example of common sense, practicality and shows what can be done with the right staff and facilities. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone wanting cataract surgery and can't thank my Specsavers optician enough for pointing me in your direction.
