I cannot praise SpaMedica Bexhill highly enough for the removal of both cataracts. From the moment I stepped into Reception the welcome was genuine and caring. Everyone of the the staff treat me with empathy and professionalism. Thank you.

Wonderful caring staff in all departments. Super efficiency in dealing with the procedure I required which was for cataract surgery. A very calming atmosphere and extremely professional

From the time you walk in until you leave everyone is friendly & explains what is the next step , had both my cateracts done at spa Medica & would highly recommend the whole experience .

First class from beginning to end. The admin staff, the clinical staff, the facility all exemplary. It’s a shame the media don’t make more of places & service like this.

From the time of the first appointment to the time I had the operation, the whole experience was great. Fast and efficient with very friendly and caring staff. This was from the lady on the telephone through to the nurses and the consultant. Great friendly service at all times.

I was very nervous about this procedure, but after my first consultation my worries were diluted by the efficiency and kindness of staff. The lack of waiting time was amazing and the ability to park so refreshing! I had utter confidence upon meeting my surgeon and the procedure was over in a blink of an eye (except you’re not allowed to blink 😂) 10 mins max, like the surgeon reassured it would be, if you stare straight ahead and keep still. This procedure really has been a game changer, I hadn’t realised how impaired my vision had become. I would highly recommend Bexhill and this procedure without hesitating, I am so grateful to have my new eye and can’t thank you enough 🤗
