I was very impressed with the service. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The operation was explained very fully and I was kept informed during the process. I had to return the following day for a pressure check and again was seen very promptly. Would highly recommend.

I had the pre assessment appointment, and subsequent surgery less than a week later. The reception staff and nurses and doctor were brilliant, very supportive and reassuring throughout the whole procedure. would definitely recommend this clinic

I had my second operation today…and the experience was so efficient. I was nervous but all the staff were friendly and put me at ease…in fact I saw the same staff both visits. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough…brilliant in fact.

My 92 year old mother was treated with respect, everything was explained clearly to her and I was allowed to stay with her for everything except the 20mins of the cataract surgery itself. Staff were polite, kind and helpful throughout. Treatment was prompt and effective

All the staff were very helpful and I was made to feel comfortable at each step of the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and any questions answered. Appointment times were strictly kept to. It was a very efficient service.

My wife and I have now had surgery for Cataracts on both eyes .The Spamedica in Bedford is very professional. We were amazed at how quick surgery is, and painless. They provide all the information you need before and after surgery. First rate. Thanks to all the staff from both of us.

The welcome and service from all the staff was excellent and I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery. I have one issue. I was asked at my pre-op and on the day of the surgery if I had any allergies. I told everyone who asked, which was many times, that I am allergic to surgical tape. However, surgical tape was used to hold the eye cover in place. I did not realise this until it started to itch and then burn after I arrived home. I had to remove the tape and replace with normal plasters. Although my skin was extremely red it had not blistered as I discovered it in time.
