From the time we entered the clinic we were greeted by friendly reassuring staff - from the receptionists, to the pre-op nurses and the ophthalmic surgeon. Pre-operation communication was clear and informative. There was plenty of parking space and the waiting area was light, airy, clean and comfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits too. I was made to feel comfortable and the operation itself was quick and painless. The post operative instructions were once again clear and full of useful information. This was my second operation carried out at the clinic and I am delighted with the results - everything is clearer, more colourful and sharper.

Had cataract surgery today. It was really fantastic experience. SpaMedica Bedford Heights is a place I would recommend to everyone. All the staff are very helpful and professional. Top Class .Thank you.

Everyone I came into contact with had a great attitude and caring manner, the overall experience from start to finish was exemplary From what could have been a horrid and stressful situation was made so much better by all the staff involved.

The length of time from referral to surgery was only 30 days, which was greatly appreciated. Whilst the routine processing of patients undergoing assessment is rather chaotic (I was left waiting for hours longer than I should have been, apparently forgotten, twice: both at my pre-assessment and at my post-operative assessment), the clinical side of the business is excellent. Everything was clearly explained, all my concerns were addressed, and the process on the day, including the operation itself, went smoothly. I can now see clearly with my right eye for the first time in years.

All the staff were very helpful and explained everything. The operation took about 25 minutes and was painless. All in all a good place to have your cataracts removed.

I went for a cataract surgery. I saw friendly staff, looked after all the way, everything was explained before, during and after surgery. Everyone showed good care and attention, Fantastic. Thank you.
