I had my first cataract removed 2 days ago and am already seeing a huge improvement in my sight. The whole procedure was smooth and efficient and everyone I had contact with from the transport driver was friendly, reassuring and so professional . I was able to relax and put my trust completely in everyone who had a part in my experience. The standard of cleanliness was high and aftercare process was explained clearly. This was a very positive experience.

Everyone very professional, I had every step explained to me. All staff very polite and friendly which helped enormously to calm my nerves. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the cataract surgery to my right eye,I can't believe how much better my eye sight is already, I'm now looking forward to when I can get my left eye done. Excellent service from everyone. Thank you very much.

Right from the pre-op to the surgery it was a very positive experience. Always made to feel at ease and comfortable. I was looked after so well by a very professional team. Thank you so much

I was seen on time, and the staff explained every step well. I was a bit anxious but they made me relaxed. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I was given full instructions about my postoperative care.

From the moment I walked in to Spa Medica I was well looked after. The communication, staff, cleanliness, surgery experience and excellent attention to detail all contributed to making my pre-operation visit and surgery day the best it could be.

I have been a patient twice at this clinic, having eye surgery. I cannot rate them highly enough. I have worn glasses for 72 years & now I have my proper sight back & what a difference it has made to me. The clinic was spotlessly clean, the staff were very reassuring & put you at ease from start to finish. I have had one follow up, which was excellent & I have another follow up in September. I feel everybody went above & beyond to make my visit a pleasant experience & I can highly recommend this clinic. Thank you, it has changed my life for the better.

Without a shadow of doubt all the staff , doctors and nurses who performed my Cataract surgery ,treated me in a sincere and professional manner, by offering and completing a 5 star service, very commendable

A very friendly atmosphere, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My eye now has perfect vision. I’m going for my post- op check up on the 30th August and can’t wait for the other eye to be operated on.
