   Explanation was overbooked or a problem with the booking system. How on earth do you overbook these things when the right amount of radioactive material is needed. We do not miss appointments but sadly we can be let down by the service. This is not a hire car or a plane ticket it is people's lives you are double booking!

   I am very claustrophobic. I’m anxious at the thought of going through a scan. The staff at the Southend PET CT unit are very professional, compassionate and sensitive to their patients needs especially for me. I can’t thank them enough.
