Whereas I have no issues with the staff, I have seen flies on a number of occasions when I'm having my treatment, especially in my vicinity. Surely this cannot be hygienic? It's most off putting. I've mentioned this to a nurse who said nothing could be done about it, even telling me there had been ants. I've only had dialysis here and the Queen Elizabeth but can't recall seeing flies there the Queen Elizabeth, when having my treatment
