   After holding for half an hour for NHS111 and being told to call the surgery, waited a further 29 mins I was connected to someone who’s only goal was to stop me having an appointment to get help, wa not given any advice on what I should do next, so never achieved anything.i would like to think this is not typical however, I think it is and just reflection of the total ineptitude of todays NHS.
