I waited ages to get an appointment to discuss getting a cgm meter only to be told I don't meet the criteria, looking at the NICE guidelines I do! Instead I was offered mounjaro, the appointment was a waste of my time and if I could avoid ever going back I would, the diabetic care in Gateshead is atrocious

Friendly, helpful team who are skilled. Always at the end of the phone, clinics are quick and well ran
