Oak Lane is a nice quiet location and I'm receiving treatment from tvn's there and so have experienced the 'not busy' status of reception. However, trying to contact by phone is a whole world of pain! Firstly Oak Lane - there is a number on website, but that just rings out saying you're on hold and then rings off [gave up after an hour of constant dialling]. I then tried the parent NHS trust who couldn't even identify the clinic as being in their domain! Next, the tvn team who gave me contact number, shame it's not the right one as they hadn't a clue what I was asking! Then, I thought I'd try the number on text messageconfirmation of appointments. No, you couldn't make it up! I was told this number only knows inner London borough details and nothing for outer London!! I have now been given another two numbers to try but might just waste less tine by driving to the clinic in person.
