My mum stayed here for a short while in between hospital and the return to her residential home. I always found the staff really friendly and reassuring and they did wonders with my mum which enabled her to return home within a relatively short period of time. The care she received was very good and the staff always kept me updated.

Sent here for rehab from QE Hospital but physio was non-existent and I had three weeks to get standing again a moving and get strength in my legs strengthen my upper body but this never happened absolutely dipological the equipment provided to physios is poor as is funding there is no way that this should be rated higher than a zero From what I've seen of the physio team they are good that they just don't have the equipment or the funding to help moving from hospital to here just made me seamlessly to get home and that's not happening need longer term physio not three weeks three weeks is not enough for anybody
