The surgeon was so professional and approachable. I was a little nervous of what to expect but he informed me what the procedure entailed. He took time to answer my questions. His calm and caring attitude put me at ease as well as giving me confidence in his ability. I felt in safe hands. All staff were welcoming and professional so a massive well done to the whole team. My wife who is a senior nurse in the NHS for the last 45 years was also impressed with the whole experience. Thank you and keep up the good work !!

Having now had cataract surgery on both eyes, I can wholeheartedly recommend Newmedica, Nottingham. From the first point of contact to the follow up after surgery, the level of professionalism is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and keep the patient informed at every step of the procedure. On my first visit, I was initially nervous but my worries were addressed and my concerns were resolved by the most empathetic staff imaginable. The procedure was explained as it happened and I was extremely pleased. Quite frankly I cannot imagine how it would be possible to improve of the levels of service, empathy and compassion showed by all staff I encountered. I would certainly recommend Newmedica, Nottingham to anyone. Thank you all for your care.

I was quite nervous about the procedure but needn’t have been, all very caring professional staff. All was explained by the Consultant and his colleagues which put me at ease.

They are so professional and caring at every level the centre is lovely and new staff are well trained and efficient. I would express a big thank to the person who held me hand for looking after me and keeping me calm so grateful thank you

All staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My surgery was fully explained both before and during the procedure. I was made to feel at ease I would highly recommend this clinic.

Every one within the clinic was fabulous, the attention to detail and care, I found to be very heartwarming, Feeling a little nervous, I left feeling great after feeling no discomfort or pain just fabulous, caring people. Thank you, all of you.

What a lovely clean modern hospital, with friendly caring staff. Throughout my experience of going twice to have both lens replaced I was always treated with professionalism, my questions answered and the utmost care as I was very worried when I had my first eye done however, I shouldn't have been as every effort was made to put me at ease. When I went for my second eye I was not worried at all as I new I was in safe hands. My outcome is absolutely amazing and I will be forever grateful to the surgeons and team at Nottingham Newmedica.

From initial appointment, surgery and reviews, my treatment could not have been bettered. Great ambience with extremely empathetic, professional and friendly staff who all took great care to explain each step of my treatment clearly.

Staff at Newmedica have been amazing in their kindness. Every stage of my care was explained clearly. They are welcoming and kind and put you at ease throughout the whole experience. I am delighted with results

I had a cataract removed and a new lens fitted the procedure didn't take long. The following day I could see distance and read a Car Number-plate, my vision is great now. Staff extremely polite and very helpful from beginning to end. Surgeons are talking to you throughout the procedure, in a relaxed environment. I highly recommend this practice.
