Cannot fault staff or set up. Everything was spotlessly clean. Warm drinks and biscuits provided and excellent artwork or television to pass waiting time. All staff were pleasant and made one feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything explained at each stage and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Overall and excellent experience.

Visited twice this week for assessment and treatment. On both occasions every person I encountered was extremely helpful, friendly and kept me informed of procedures. Facilities are excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Newmedica Norwich. A great experience.

I had laser surgery and my experience from start to finish was amazing.The receptionist,nurse and doctor.Comfort while waiting and refreshments too.

As a musician my sight is vital and it seemed that I was loding it rapidly. After being referred to this clinic everyone was welcoming and helpful. Arrived at 11.15 and was home before 13.00. Sight fully restored after a capsulotomy. Absolutely great place.

My appointment was for 1.30 on a Saturday , I was not seen til 5.30. Everyone else was packed up and leaving and some lights were turned off in waiting area too. By now I unsure about the procedure . He said he could do it but after waiting for 4 hours I felt this part was being rushed. When I asked if I would have better sight in that eye he said No. At that point I couldn’t understand why I was being offered it and he just wanted to do it quickly and get home. As he couldn’t offer any improvement in the eye I decided not to go ahead. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Brilliant! Absolutely fantastic experience. I had my post op for my 1st eye and my second eye surgery later on the same afternoon.

I was very pleased with the service and efficiency I have received from the staff. Everything was very clearly explained, including in surgery. If only all areas of the NHS could be like this.
