The facility has an open and light environment and courteous, friendly and helpful staff, from the moment you walk in, throughout the clinic. It was nice to be offered a cup of tea. Impressively short waiting times from the referral to the actual appointment.

I have no words to express my gratitude and thank the whole team for the way they treated me and the professionalism with which they worked. Communication and speed of accountability between teams is beyond expectation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team. They saved my eye and restored my sight in record time. They stayed after hours with pleasure. They gave me all the instructions without rushing, with kindness and patience.

Nothing but praise for this fantastic team. Now had cataract surgery on both eyes, no problems and painless treatment and on each occasion the service was outstanding and I was treated with the utmost care. 10 out of 10 from the receptonists, to the 2 careers and my wonderful surgeon. Thank you to you all for your outstanding attention.

My second cataract operation was performed recently and once again I received a first class service from start to finish. Thankyou to all the staff especially the most amazing young lady who again was my pre op nurse.

An 8-30 am appointment, I guessed, meant I would not be kept waiting - what instant service from a group of professionals - no waiting and the actual laser treatment painless and simple - The result cannot be faulted - my vision vastly improved - a huge thank you to the whole team.

My father had YAG treatment and found all staff very reassuring and kind. He was given an understandable explanation of the procedure and allowances were made for his immobility, which made him feel comfortable and at ease. He only waited 3 weeks for an appointment, which was impressive in the current climate. A faultless experience. Thank you

I came I to today for my cataract to be removed , all staff were very helpful, professional and talked through my procedure step by step , the procedure was very quick and my personal experience was painless , all areas were clean and tidy
