Tried calling Newmedica as I was experiencing issues post surgery, however the phone rings out and then disconnects after 3 minutes. I had cataract surgery here but please be aware there is no aftercare from Newmedica, very disappointed.

Team helpful. The process of the appointment step by step explained so I knew what was going on, lessening my anexity. During the surgery if it is at all possible some indication of progress of the surgery, this would for me aleviate my anexity all together

Made me feel at ease I was a very nervous patient but they looked after me well 2 nice cups of coffee and a chat at the end

I had a very pleasant experienceat this clinic, I was very anxious about the procedure but staff mad surgeons were very good and put me at ease the surgery was painless and quick would highly recommend this to anyone else who needs this. If it was a hotel it would be 5 star Thank you 🤩

I now have had cataracts removed on both eyes. The whole process was well organised and details were continually being checked to ensure no errors. Nurses were very caring and on hand all the time. The procedures were well explained by the surgeon before the operation which was surprisingly quick. My vision was really good from the first day. I am really pleased with the outcome.

Having had both cataracts removed I cannot fault the service provided. All the staff were extremely professional, kind, caring and put me at ease by explaining everything. A special thanks to the surgeon who performed both procedures with a steady hand and re-assuring words.

From the beginning of my appointment I was given royal treatment. I was very anxious about the situation but the whole team was very good. Icing on the cake was I don’t need glasses anymore

Very happy with results of having cataract removed from both eyes. Lovely compassionate staff and surgeons. I was well looked after. Being 86, i had no worries or concerns as I was in safe hands. Smooth process and was well informed at all stages.

I cannot fully put into words how grateful and appreciative I am for what Newmedica have done for me. I was pretrified at the thought of anything being done to my eye and they went above and beyond to reassure me and comfort me whilst carrying out the procedure. Keeping me informed of the process throughout and even holding my hand which was an immense comfort. Thank You to these wonderful people who have enabled me to see again. Eternally grateful to you all!
