I visited today for the first time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention the practitioner who saw me, unfortunately this site will not allow me to name her, but if you come across a friendly, blonde Welsh lady, that will be her. This lady was delightful, friendly and very professional. All through the process she patiently explained what was going on and what was going to happen. I felt very much at ease and safe in her hands. She is a credit to the hospital. Another special mention is to the gentleman who came into the waiting room and checked that everyone had checked in and was being seen. This was very reassuring as sometimes, with a long wait, you think that you might have fallen through the gaps and that no one knew you were there. First class!
