Bodmin MIU - the team at Bodmin MIU are nothing short of fantastic!! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not wish for a better service or better care. My shoulder injury was seen and treated quickly and efficiently with an onward referral and lots of helpful advice given. Thank you so much to the team and for being part of the NHS! Credit to your profession!

I was well looked after by all staff at Bodmin minor injuries unit. Seen very quickly and efficiently, with a very pleasant manor. I have nothing but admiration for the nurses who looked after me.

Upon arrival I was seen very quick by the nurse and trainee. I was treated with respect and promptly. I was taken to x ray and once again a fabulous demonstration of professionalism. My most regards go to the final Practitioner and her trainee. She was extremely polite, had a lovely professional presence and was totally committed to her trainnes development. The trainee played a full part in my treatment and pointed in the right direction when unsure. The department are a complete credit to the trust. I wish you were my local Hospital. Keep up the fabulous work.

Reception lady and nurse were so lovely and polite and made my daughter feel so at ease. Nurse diagnosed my query straight away and explained everything well

Good evening, I wanted to reach out and pass on my most sincere thanks to all the team in Bodmin minor injuries unit. My wife had a fall and hurt her ankle, after a less than impressive visit to Lisgard minor injuries unit we came to Bodmin (mic nearer to where we are staying fortunately). All the staff were amazing, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, the triage team and nurses were fantastic and the x ray team were lovely too. The hospital itself was so modern and fresh, coupled with a team that truly are amazing and you have a wonderful hospital. Please pass on our thanks to the team for making my wife’s visit such a pleasant experience even though she was in agony. If I ever needed an example of what the NHS is, your team in minor injuries were the perfect example. Kind regards, Matt

My seven year old had broken his arm. The team were kind, efficient and so considerate of him. Everyone we came into contact with was so lovely. They really helped to put him at ease. Thank you for being so lovely

Visited with my husband who had twisted his ankle it was a quick,friendly and professional service. Staff could not have done any more to help us. Seen and X-rayed within the hour.
