The practice failed to inform patients that due to an apparent 'change' of their details with the NHS, patients would be unable to order repeat prescriptions online. This created somewhat of a panic when I went to order my prescription. An alert from the surgery would've allowed me to plan accordingly. NHS Online stated it would be necessary to contact the practice to get new registration details. I called just before 3pm today, 29 August, and was informed I was 6th in the queue. I then proceeded to wait 1 hour and 16 seconds on hold (which I can evidence with a screenshot) before i eventually gave up without speaking to a member of staff. Even at local rates that's going to cost me money I really don't have and was a complete waste of time. This is unbelievably poor service. I will now have to rearrange child cover to get to the surgery during their opening times or potentially spend another hour on the phone tomorrow. The irony of all this, my prescription is for my anxiety.

I have had my dressing changed daily by the Assistant Nurse Practitioner. She helps sort out my appointments. She updates and explains clearly about my wound and is always very kind and caring. Just wanted to say how pleased I am that I am looked after by such an excellent member of staff.

I attended the surgery a few days ago for a procedure I was nervous about. The nurse who was assigned to me was caring, patient (she needed to be!) and good-natured, making me feel more relaxed. I understand that it is not appropriate for me to name here, but I hope that she can recognise my appreciation.

Today I called the practice at the start of their day in a panic as my newborn was about to run out of specialist prescribed milk which I had order with them only the day before - they got this item prescribed within an hour with additional supplies. Working so quickly has reassured a first time mom with baby brain! They always work hard to get myself and my baby seen with a GP within my expectations, and all staff have been polite and good listeners. I work in a GP practice myself and understand the pressures for each department - extremely grateful for the service I receive. Keep up the good work!

Just wanted to firstly praise the surgery in general for excellent service that they always offer. The receptionists who I have always found to be very pleasant and helpful whenever I call or attend the surgery . Especially this week when I called needing some advice They dealt with it very quickly. And I was extremely surprised and grateful to a doctor (u I can’t personally name) but who took time out to call me back personally and listen to my concerns and explained things to me. Impressive service . Thank you
