I recently had a very serious operation on my eye which requires specific eye drops. I called the GP on 19th July to get a repeat prescription of my eye drops as they have finished, there were apparent IT issues and so they could not book me in to get the eye drops. I called again this morning 22nd July after going 48 hours without any eyedrops to request to be able to get these eye drops and it was the biggest struggle I have ever encountered. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and it is very clear that they do not understand what they are doing. They refused to give me another prescription of my eye drops with no alternatives to help me. The eye operation I had is a serious one, and so going without this specific eye drop is something I cannot do. Because of the lack of help I received via the phone I had to bandage my eye and walk to the practise. I am a woman in my 60's and my mobility is not great at all. What they put me through today is enough to show me I absolutely need to find another GP. I would never recommend this practise to anyone. They have a lack of care or concern for their patients.

Had a blood test at the centre, I got seen bang on time, the lady who drew the blood was really friendly. Almost couldn't even feel the blood draw and was on my way in minutes. Thank you!

The receptionist is always polite and helpful The doctors are kind and knowledgeable I cannot think why I would want to go elsewhere ever
