    When SystmOnline denied access to me when attempting to submit a repeat prescription, three of the reception staff collaborated to overcome what proved even for these denial of experienced practitioners applying their skills on my iPad a challenging, repeated denial of access. Their combined patient application proved successful, and I wish to record my indebtedness to a team of three who allowed me to leave Reception with my problem solved.
