I have tried repeatedly to cancel my appointment but no one answers the phone! My appointment was for 2pm today 29/07/24

Despite this newish building undergoing repair work, vehicles used to carry out the work are taking up parking space including the disabled parking bays. This should be managed and preferably should have been before work started. The gate off The Range car park is closed, it would be better if it was open even if a protected corridor was needed. Daily care and therapy at this great facility in the priority and should be maintained.
