   Very disappointing. I am being investigated for, amongst other things, bowel cancer. I received today a text message asking me to make an appointment as a clinician needed to discuss my test results. I attended the surgery to make the appointment as was told by the very unhelpful receptionist that I could not make an appointment as there was no ‘task’ on the computer. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. All faith in the caring nature of the reception team is well and truly lost.
