Rude, lazy, Unbothered staff. Always used to be an amazing doctors but not anymore. They never want to answer the phone or even get you an appointment. I never got a call back after they said i would. I was trying to book an appointment for 2 weeks. I have rare medical condition and needed my medication asap and got told it was my fault for leaving it late even when i was phoning constantly. When i went into the doctors surgery the lady on the desk was so so rude and didn’t want to help and told me to ring everyday and go on the nhs app. They never want to help. The doctors surgery is always empty with no one waiting so how can there be no appointments?? They refuse to see anyone face to face so it’s all phone calls and online. Massively gone down hill.

I saw the new nurse practitioner for the first time today. Now feel entirely up to date and informed about an ongoing condition. Great advice and such caring and patient manner nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the time you spent explaining everything so clearly and with such professionalism. Feel in very safe hands!
