Extremely unprofessional and got extremely rude on the phone. She also called me for a single ring and ended the call. When I called back she said oh Yh I called for your appointment which was suppose to be booked for Monday but she said I have to come Thursday now. When I said I need it urgently she ended the call on me and booked my appointment for Thursday anyway. She also said excuse me what’s the attitude when I was just asking her why it’s Thursday instead of Monday. Need to maybe train how to speak to people and handle phone calls because this isn’t the way to speak to anyone.

I was referred by my optician and have been phoning the number for a couple of weeks now. I just get put into a queue and told how important my call is, but I've never got past number eight in the queue. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get an appointment and suggests they don't have enough agents to answer calls or a faulty system. I'm going to go in person, but it doesn't bode well.

I attended here in July 2024 where I was initially referred by my optician. Within 2 weeks, I had an appointment arranged and when I went, the service was very efficient. First I had some initial scans done by the ladies before seeing the lead clinical who went though why I was referred and he explained what tests he was gonna do and reassured me. His Manner was very calming and he made me feel at ease. I spent about 65 mins in total at the clinic and I left knowing I had been given the best possible care. This is how the NHS should be.
