Was unable to even get my GP to answer the phone. Econsult is turned off daily so quick you cannot submit anything. After using 111 was advised to go to Derriford, I didn't feel it was worthy of an A&E visit so opted for Cumberland center at 8am when they opened. From the lady on reception, to the 2 ladies on triage and the wonderful nurse who saw me I could not be more grateful. Kind, caring, to thorough and listened to me. Only took 90 mins start to finish. Full diagnosis and treatment plan. Nurses are the backbone of the NHS! GP's could learn from you guys. thankyou so much. You are appreciated xx

I have been treated with silver nitrate in one of my nostrils and the doctor did it so badly that also the skin between the nostril and the upper lip is now burned (black). It is so ugly and embarrassing! I spoke with a dermatologist and probably it will stay like that for 10 days or so... I am so disappointed.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Having checked with the ENT department here at Derriford Hospital (UHP), Andrea Anstey, ENT & Audiology Support Manager explained that you were not seen as a UPHNT patient and therefore would have been treated by DRSS or Livewell. UHP sends a consultant to the Cumberland Centre one morning a fortnight to see booked patients but you have not ever been booked into this clinic with us. I can only suggest you check with the Livewell team and let them know about your concerns.
