Today I came at CHEC Coventry to have my cataract operation. Pleased with the experience, no pain and no discomfort. All of the staff members were experienced and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Couldn't do enough for me, very helpful. Always clean, very helpful and friendly, efficient excellent service. Staff very attentive, nice and clean, couldn't fault. All very friendly and helpful, kept informed about what was happening. Office staff always helpful.

Today I came at CHEC Coventry to have my cataract operation, everything worked like clockwork. I was initially referred to another provider & waited over a year & and got lost in their system. But CHEC has been really quick. Booking was also efficient

I am very happy with the results of my first surgery. The improvement to my sight has been fantastic and I am hoping to be back on the road soon! The clinic was very well run, the staff very kind and very competent. It put me completely at ease as I knew I would be well looked after.

I had an apointment booked for the 5th of October 2022. When I got there I was told that it was canceled due to an emergency.Until now I have not been given a new one yet and I have had no contact from anyone.
