Took our severely disabled son for a dental check and which we could not fault. But received a Parking Charge notice from CPM UK Car Park Management for parking with a disabled Badge on display for 24 minutes parking duration by image entering and leaving the car park. Apparently less than 30 minutes is free, so I should not have received this fine anyway. But clearly displaying a disabled badge and as an outpatient, I would suggest taking an image of your vehicle with the blue badge in the window in the parking space as the images received are only entering and leaving the entrance with the two disabled spaces outside the Abbey Road entrance. Now have the hassle of appealing as there is no quick and easy route to phone CPM UK Car Park Management to quickly resolve the issue. Not what you need as a parent of a severely son.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Blue Badge holders can park without charge at the Health Centre but you need to scan your badge at the pay station on Exit. If you contact the Dental Department we will contact CPM on your behalf to get the charge cancelled.
