I contacted the Out Of Hours Bardoc service as I was in acute pain due to a rare skin condition that I suffer from, the customer service advisor I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for a doctor to give me a callback. Within 5 minutes of ringing up a Doctor called me back, he was ever so helpful and knowledgeable about my condition, he was genuinely concerned about helping me and he listened patiently and attentively while I described my symptoms, he prescribed me some medication that has helped ease the pain and inflamation. I cannot rate this doctor highly enough he was professional in his attitude, very knowledgeable about my medical condition and he showed genuine warmth and compassion in wanting to help me improve my health and get better. 5 Stars from me - exemplary !!!
