  1. Review titled Waste of time, ridiculous and a disgrace

Rated 1 star out of 5

I got told for months by my GP to go and have CBT therapy for anxiety and OCD and when I finally got the courage to go and have this I got in contact with talking therapy. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, then when I had an assessment for an hour I wasn’t even offered therapy. I got told that I wasn’t eligible because I didn’t “score” high enough and that “the waiting list is a year anyway” so they said that I wasn’t going on it. Instead they said that I would be sent some leaflets through the post to help me. I find this ridiculous and disgraceful, I am off work due to this condition and had been told by a dr that this is what I need but get told no.
