My brother was only taken outside twice in the 13 months he was there and told to stay in his room without any exercise apart from physio just once a week for 30 minutes. He sat with his back to the window & nothing but blank walls to look at. Staff were very unhelpful and most of his clothes were lost. Food trays were placed the wrong way round, and one-handled mugs were given despite request for 2-handled ones. Also, food was never cut up despite his eyesight being too poor to do it himself. This was absolutely heartbreaking..
