As a company that claims to specialise in complex care, they under delivered on many levels. The staff often appeared disengaged, with alarming instances of them falling asleep during shifts. This lack of attentiveness was compounded by a noticeable absence of compassion and empathy towards their client, making it hard to trust their care. Management seemed ineffective, with little accountability for staff behaviour, and client feedback was not taken seriously. Overall, the needs of the clients were not prioritised, resulting in very poor quality of care. I cannot recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate support for their loved ones.
