Needed some help and advice following my elderly mother’s deteriorating health. Within 2 days of seeking help we’d had a home assessment from an occupational therapist who was just brilliant. Thorough, patient and understanding in a delicate situation and most importantly not patronising in any way with my mum. All necessary adjustments to the house and equipment needed to help my mum regain some independence were delivered and carried out within a week. What an excellent service - couldn’t fault it in any way.
