The care team were great but the way they were managed was appalling. Some employees used their position to manipulate very vulnerable old people. No consistency with visits. Accusations made of lying which were found to be false claims. I don’t care as my parents nick named them, have done us all a favour as we are now using a different company, I now have much happier parents who are no longer subjected to such poor behaviour from the management and admin staff.
