They just turned up on an evening call no id was showed. Came following the day was told the person who they was coming to see had not been discharged from hospital and was staying in hospital came again at night was told the same that she’s was still in hospital and this morning (12/03/2023) also was asked not to send male support workers as if she was home she wouldn’t like any sort of personal care from a male .. asked could I ring the office was told nobody was in over the weekend.. I find this very bad service that there is no one I could ring to cancel the support workers from coming until she’s had been discharged also I find it a bad service that your office doesn’t find out if the person has been discharged before sending a support worker out .. there is nothing wrong with the support workers who have been just feel that they could have been to another person instead of wasting there time
