My sister is very complexed, and has shown some challenging behaviour to staff, the staff are trained to embrace these challenges. The company involved my sister and my family in the training that the carers will be doing, this has really helped us understand what the carers can do and can not do. The staff team are all friendly with lovely manners, They call me every Friday with an update about my sister. They are the true definition of caring.

Thankyou so much to the Registered Manager and her lovely carers who have consistently supported my brother who is in supported living, he has come on leaps and is so settled. He is learning to cook and clean his own apartment and is showing amazing progress every time we see him. They take people out to Bowling, BBQs and get them involved in local activities. The new service leader is good too, very responsive when my mom asks any questions. We are so happy with this service, Thanks Golden Living Care
