The management, carers & all staff went out of their way to make my mums & our whole family's experience a really good one. From helping with her release from hospital, to activities, catering, general care & compassion. Mum couldn't have had better care, it had a friendly, family atmosphere. We were regularly informed of how she was & nothing was too much trouble. It really put our minds at rest.
